Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for ordering 100 Hidden Realities from Systemic Press. All of our hardcover publications are crafted with premium print specifications and handled with extreme care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Print-on-Demand Craftsmanship: Each copy of 100 Hidden Realities is custom printed and bound through our print partners.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing, printing, binding, and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. Estimated delivery times apply after the 3–5 day processing window:

Note: Total estimated fulfillment time = Production time (3–5 days) + Transit time.

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide (including the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia).

  • Transit Time: International shipments typically take 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and local postal carrier efficiency.

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly calculated and collected at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are levied by your local customs authority upon arrival.

4. Order Tracking

Once your book has been printed, bound, and shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your carrier tracking number and tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once handed over to the postal carrier.

5. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@100hiddenrealities.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the production pipeline, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

  • Systemic Press is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to invalid addresses may incur reshipping fees.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your book arrives with physical damage from transit, please refer to our Refund Policyand contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and damaged book.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members or building administration first. If it remains missing, contact us at support@100hiddenrealities.com so we can assist in opening a investigation with the carrier.
